The process of screen printing is using ink, and passing it through a screen using a manual or automatic machine. The ink is then dried through a process called “curing” which is sending the garment through a dryer at a specific temperature that will bake the ink onto the garment. Our minimum for screen printing is 12 pieces.

With screenprinting there are 2 types of ink methods used.

1-Plasticol (most common form used in screen printing)

2-Waterbase (used with discharge printing)
